Job Details

  • 5x8 or 4x10 (40 hours/week)
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Locals Accepted: No (100-mile radius rule applies)
• Pending License: Not accepted; must comply with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines
• Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: Must be included at time of submission

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required
• Prior travel experience not explicitly required

Certifications & Licenses Required

• State License: Tennessee license or multistate license required
• BLS (Basic Life Support): AHA or ARC only, required for all candidates
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support): Required for certain specialties (not specifically stated as required here, but often recommended)

• Negative 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start (no pending results accepted)

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, updated annually
• Immunizations required or proof of immunity for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B (3-shot series, positive titer, or signed declination)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap required only for candidates assigned to certain pediatric facilities

Facility-Specific Requirements

• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs for RNs; no prints or embroidered scrubs allowed
• Photo badge required prior to start with strict guidelines (passport-style photo)
• Must sign confidentiality acknowledgment prior to start
• Various competency exams and training modules required, updated annually
• References: Two recent professional references required
• Performance evaluations and skills checklists required for candidates employed with agency for one year or more
