Job Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (Hospice Home Health)

- Shift:
- 5x8 or 4x10 (40 hours/week)
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- On-Call: As needed
- Weekend Requirement: As needed
- Locals Accepted: No (100-mile radius rule applies)
- Pending License: Not accepted; must comply with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines
- Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: Must be included at time of submission
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required

- State License: Tennessee license or multistate license required
- BLS (Basic Life Support): AHA or ARC only, required for all candidates

- Rubella

- Hepatitis B (3-shot series, positive titer, or signed declination)
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap required only for candidates assigned to certain pediatric facilities
Facility-Specific Requirements
- Dress code: Navy blue scrubs for RNs; no prints or embroidered scrubs allowed
- Photo badge required prior to start with strict guidelines (passport-style photo)
- Must sign confidentiality acknowledgment prior to start
- Various competency exams and training modules required, updated annually
- References: Two recent professional references required
- Performance evaluations and skills checklists required for candidates employed with agency for one year or more
