Number of Staff: 20
Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs
Patient Ratios: Typically 5:1, sometimes 4:1 (estimated)
EMR System: Meditech

Requirements

Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse License (RN)
- BLS Certification
Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Med Surg Oncology)
Preferred: Chemotherapy Certification

Equipment in good working order, including computers and vital sign machines in every room
High quality care with excellent infection control:
- Over 3 years no CAUTI
- Over 4 months no CLABSI
- Over 1 year without CDIFF acquired infection
Staff experience: Over 160 years combined experience among 20 staff members
Leadership: Director has been in role for over 5 years
Scheduling: Self-scheduling with commitment for travelers to work every other weekend
