Job Opportunity: RN Emergency Room
Location: Clinton, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Every Third Weekend
- Holiday Rotation: Every Other Holiday
Required Certifications & Licenses
- BLS (American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel)
- PALS (Certificate required for RNs in ED; ENPC certificate also acceptable)
- ACLS (Required for RNs in ED and critical care units)
- TNCC
- NIHSS
- Valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start
Required Health & Safety Compliance
- Fit Test
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (must be completed within 30 days of start; no THC)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster by Sept 2025, declination or exemption accepted except in CA or IL)
- Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination accepted except in CA or IL; current flu season dates apply)
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Hepatitis B (must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted)
- Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
- Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
- Tdap vaccine (current and non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
Professional & Compliance Requirements
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form (signed)
- Trinity I9 Form
- Confidentiality and System Security Agreement (signed)
- Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
- Non-Employee Upload Form (completed and uploaded)
- Specialty Specific Competency Testing (copy of specialty exam within last year)
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (signed)
- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years; SSN verification; dated within 30 days of start)
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma verified)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
- GSA/OIG Exclusion Check dated within 30 days
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and locations
- System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
- Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (required for Iowa)
- Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check within 30 days prior to start)
- OFAC Sanctions Check (completed within 30 days of start)
