Travel RN Opportunity - Med Surg Unit, New Hampshire
Location: Derry, NH
Unit: Med Surg
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Details
- Number of Beds: 29
- Patient Ratios: 6:1
- Staffing Support: LNA support available, no unit secretary
- Equipment Used: PCA pumps, IV pumps, telemetry
- Documentation System: Meditech Expanse
- Scheduling: Every other weekend required
- Floating Policy: May be asked to float to other units
- Patient Experience: Bedside care conference, safety rounding
Required Certifications & Licenses
- Registered Nurse License
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIH Certification
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty (Med Surg)
- Must have dysrhythmia skills
Additional Information
- Dress Code: Clean and professional; no specific scrub color required
- Advanced skills are needed for this role
- Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced acute care environment with telemetry monitoring
