Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota
Employment Type: Contract

Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week, day shift
• On-call responsibilities: 4-6 weekends and 1 night per week

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare, and clean exam rooms before and after procedures
• Maintain room supplies
• Discuss patient history and educate patients about exams
• Properly identify inpatients according to standards
• Prepare and administer contrast under physician direction
• Perform pain assessments and take appropriate actions
• Prepare physician fee slips by coding procedures accurately using CPT coding system
• Complete charges for exams in Epic and PACS systems
• Perform other duties as needed to support the department

Required Certifications (Must be obtained prior to start date)

• North Dakota Medical Imaging License
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
