Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Job Description

• Position for CVICU Registered Nurses (2 openings)
• Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment
• Use of EPIC EMR system required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of staff RN experience in CVICU at a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Active Hawaii RN license
• Current and valid certifications for the duration of the contract:

  • AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • AHA NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records

Required Credentials and Compliance

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Licenses: Active RN license, License/Certificate Verification
• Personal Health History:

  • COVID-19 Vaccine
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  • Hepatitis B
  • Influenza Vaccine
  • TB Test and Annual TB Questionnaire
  • Varicella
  • Optional: Tdap (TDAP / TD Vaccination within 10 months), Physical/Health Statement (must be within 3 months of start)
  • Hepatitis C titer (optional, must be within 3 months)
  • Drug Screen
