Travel Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) - Interventional Radiology

Location: Gainesville, Florida
Employment Type: Travel Contract

Job Summary

Seeking a Radiologic Technologist with experience in Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment. The position involves working in a hospital setting with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including on-call duties.

Required Qualifications

• Specialty: Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in critical care or related specialty (highest requirement)
• Certifications:

  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Skills & Procedures:

  • Experience with interventional radiology procedures such as angiograms, stenting, embolization, thrombectomy, biopsy, and drainages
• Licenses: Florida nursing license (if applicable) and ACLS for RNs noted but primarily for nursing staff

Work Environment & Equipment

• Documentation system: Meditech
• Unit: Interventional Radiology, Cost Center 727
• Procedures performed include advanced interventional radiology techniques
• Schedule includes day shifts with call responsibilities
