Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Job Description

• Provide nursing care covering Baltimore County and some areas in the city.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week.
• Possible on-call requirement (contractors may be asked to sign up if needed).
• Weekend work may be required occasionally but generally Monday-Friday.
• Patient population: Geriatric patients.
• Expected daily visit volume: Approximately 6 visits per day.
• Local candidates are acceptable.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of home care nursing experience (higher end of 2-3 years stated).
• Experience with OASIS documentation.
• Must hold a valid Maryland or compact RN license.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (Basic Life Support) required (ARC, AHA, or US Department of Defense accepted).
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC certifications as required (not explicitly stated as mandatory for this role).
• State License verification and NURSYS verification required.

Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of I9 or attestation.
