Job Summary

• Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients.
• Implement nursing standards in the processes of care.
• Patient ratios up to 6:1.
• Support from 2 LNA's, a Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor.
• EMR system: EPIC.
• No block scheduling available.
• 48-hour guarantee is not available.
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted and approved upfront; no more than 5 days allowed.
• Local travelers are not eligible.
• Charge nurse experience required.
• Travel pairs considered only if working separate shifts.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years current Medical-Surgical (MS) experience.
• Charge nurse experience required.
• Previous travel experience preferred but not required.
• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred.

Licenses & Certifications

• Must have an active New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate.
• ACLS (AHA) certification required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Licenses and certifications must be active and in good standing.
• Compact license allowed.

• Must have own vehicle.
• Perm address must be included in profile.
• Work history and skills checklist current to within 1 year required.
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required.
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission; no changes after offer.

Summary
