Description

Job Opportunity: Surgical Nursing (Contract)

Location: Meeker, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Set up equipment and instruments required for surgical procedures
Sterilize inventory equipment to maintain supply stock
Assist in preparing patients for surgery
Pass instruments and sterile supplies to the surgeon during operations
Recount surgical supplies and instruments at the end of operations
Maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Specialty: Nursing (Surgical)
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
Certifications: BLS/BCLS required
Prior travel experience: Not required

Additional Information

Housing available (shared room, no pets, smoking, or family members allowed)
Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility (local candidates not considered)
