Job Summary

Seeking an experienced RN to serve as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing/extended care unit. The facility is a full-service hospital with modern equipment and a focus on compassionate care.

Beds: 60
Patient Population: Geriatric
Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM, flexible
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40

Role & Responsibilities

Specialty: MDS skilled nursing assessments
Role: RN / MDS Coordinator
Must have experience as an MDS Coordinator
Required Certifications: MDS training, BLS
Licenses: Registered Nurse License
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred (1+ required, but 2 years preferred)
