Diagnostic Imaging - Contract Position

Location: Hermiston, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

  • Perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in areas such as OB/GYN, abdomen, neurosonology, and/or ophthalmology.
  • Apply sonic energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
  • Demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention as requested by a licensed practitioner.
  • Exercise professional judgment and maintain medical ethics.
  • Provide appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful procedure completion.
  • May be floated to other departments where qualified before core staff is floated.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited sonography program or equivalent.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (or equivalent approved certification).
  • Licensed in the State of Oregon as an Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist/Sonographer.

Shift

  • 8:15 AM to 6:45 PM
