Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) - Anchorage, Alaska

Position Details

    • Physical exam within 1 year of start
    • Fit mask test (annual, travel only)
    • Immunizations: TDAP, MMR (Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella), Hepatitis B (specific for Alaska placements), Varicella, Flu seasonal vaccination (declinations accepted), COVID vaccine or declination
    • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months (annual update required)
    • Respiratory safety clearance (travel only, annual)
  • References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years in comparable specialty/setting
