Travel RN Opportunity - EP Lab
Location: Hudson, Florida
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Overview
- Unit: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
- Bed Capacity: 2 EP Labs
- Staffing:
- 1 Cardiovascular Technician (CVT)
- 4.5 Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Shift Type: Day and Night shifts
- Patient Ratios: Not specified
- Equipment: GE X-ray system, Claris hemodynamic system
- EMR System: Mac Lab / Meditech
Required Skills and Experience
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) with EP Lab/Cardiovascular experience
- Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
- Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Licenses: Valid Registered Nurse License
- Clinical Skills:
- Ability to monitor and scrub EP cases
- Experience with EP diagnostics, ablations, device insertions, TEE/CV
- Preferred: Cath Lab experience
Work Schedule and Expectations
- Scheduled according to facility policy
- Expected to work every other weekend and holidays on a rotating basis with hospital staff
- No on-call requirement
