Job Details

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
• Electronic Medical Record System: Cerner/Onechart

Required Experience

Required Credentials & Compliance

• Vaccinations & Health Requirements:

  • Proof of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted with mask requirement
  • Two doses of Varicella vaccine or serological evidence of immunity (no declinations accepted)
  • Tdap vaccine valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
  • Positive IGRA or PPD results, chest X-ray within one year showing no infection, and annual TB questionnaire
• Fit Test: Required for all travelers; preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite (PAPR not done onsite)
• Health Statement: Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
• Drug Screen: 12 panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Driver’s License/State ID: Must be current and valid; address requirements apply for compact licenses

Professional Documentation & Verification

• Resume/Profile submission required
• At least two professional references prior to first assignment
• Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and other checks within 30 days of assignment; updated annually or after breaks in service
• EPLS check within 90 days of start; rerun if break in service > 90 days
• Skills checklist completed within one year of start; updated annually
• Education verification within 90 days of start; official transcripts required if verification fails
• Confirmation of assignment documentation required upon initial assignment and updates
• Employment verification for past seven years; updated annually or after breaks in service
• Badge photo with white or blue background (no alterations or filters)
