Cath Lab Tech - Bemidji, Minnesota

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years recent Cath Lab experience
• Sterile technique with 2-5 years experience preferred
• Experience with vascular, coronary, and device implant required
• Experience with EP (electrophysiology) procedures preferred

Prior Travel Experience

• Not explicitly required

Certifications / Licenses

• ARRT required
• BLS (AHA) required
• MN Net Study application required within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
• RCIS/RCES preferred

Skills and Equipment

• Experience with peripherals, pacemakers, ablations, and monitoring vitals
• Assisting physicians with heart cath procedures and related tasks
• Charting experience, preferably with Epic
• Equipment used: Epic charting, MacLab, ACIST injector, CSI, Laser, Shockwave, balloon pumps, temp pacemakers, Impellas, Carto

Schedule

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Call: 1-2 times per week, plus every 4th weekend
• Late team call 1-2 times per week (stay until late procedures are completed)

Unit Information

• 3 Cath Labs
• Floating to other units not required
• Orientation and training details discussed during interview

Additional Notes

• Candidates must be willing to apply for the MN Net Study within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
• Clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
• Ceil Blue provided
• Candidates living within 80 miles may have adjusted rates (not included here)
• If previously employed by this health system, must have ended employment at least 6 months prior to submission
