Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Electrophysiology Lab (EP) (Days)

Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work 36-40 hours per week; overtime billable after 40 hours
Required to float to a nearby facility when needed
Orientation dates available
Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC (CUPID preferred)
Call back and on-call pay multipliers apply

Specialty & Experience Requirements

Specialty: Electrophysiology (EP)
Minimum 2 years (24 months) of recent experience in Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, or Interventional Radiology/IR (whichever is higher)
Skills checklist specific to Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, or Interventional Radiology/IR required
Prior travel experience is not required but is desired

Licenses & Certifications

Active Iowa RN license or compact/multistate license required at time of submission
Valid Driver’s License required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Additional Information

Professional references or performance evaluations within the last 24 months preferred
Experience with Cardiac Cath lab preferred
Travel experience is a plus but not mandatory
