Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Lewiston, Idaho
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

Facilitate development and rehabilitation of physically disabled patients
Maximize functional status of hospitalized patients
Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs
Participate in discharge planning and performance improvement (PI) activities
Perform administrative duties and pursue professional growth
Primarily cover the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU); may float to inpatient units if census is low

Requirements

License: Must have a valid Idaho OT license
Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
Experience: Minimum 2 years recent OT hospital experience (higher years of experience requirement confirmed)
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Additional: Must submit required documentation and follow submission template for consideration

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
Position may require floating to other units depending on census
Experience with hospital-based OT preferred
Must be able to work the specified shift schedule
