Pros
I had an amazing experience working with Mikayla Serafin as my travel nurse recruiter. As this was my first travel contract, I was a little nervous going in, but she made the entire process feel smooth and seamless from start to finish. Her communication was excellent—she was always available, responsive, and quick to find answers to any questions I had. I truly felt like she had my best interests in mind at all times, and I never once felt pressured into making decisions. Mikayla is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the nurses she works with. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering travel nursing—she will not disappoint!
Cons
I honestly don’t have any, that’s how great Host Healthcare is.
