Job Opportunity: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado (Willits Clinic, Basalt, CO)
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
- Evaluate patients and develop/implement treatment plans aimed at improving strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Work schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (weekdays vary).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact licensure valid for Colorado.
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions).
Additional Information
- Housing opportunity available: furnished studio apartments near the clinic (availability based).
- Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
