Job Description

• Telemetry/Med-Surg nursing role
• Must be able to float to other units as needed
• Weekend availability required
• Preferred availability to work full schedule through end of January and first week of February
• Per diem position

Required Experience

• Specialty: RN Telemetry I

Compliance & Credential Requirements (Must be completed before or shortly after start)

• Active RN license verified through primary source
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as required

• Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted)
• Influenza vaccine or declination (required Nov 1 - Mar 31)

• Drug screen (minimum 10-panel including THC) within 60 days of start
• National criminal background check within 1 year of start date
• Physical/health statement completed within 60 days of start, stating clearance to work
• Driver’s license, State ID, or Passport
• Fit test (optional, depending on location)
• Completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam and Specialty Exam (minimum 80% score)
• Prime Skills Checklist completion
• Prime Orientation Packet and Job Description signed
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search completed
• Prime Agency Attestation completed after all credentials uploaded

Additional Notes

• Full compliance profile required within two weeks after start date
• Drug screen and background check to be provided shortly after shift start
• Must be able to work night shifts and weekends
• Floating to other units may be required

This position is suitable for experienced telemetry nurses who meet the above credentialing and compliance requirements and are available for a 6-month night shift assignment with weekend coverage.
