Position Overview

• Role: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Required Experience & Certifications

• Specialty Experience: 5 years (highest stated requirement between 1 and 5 years)
• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
• Certifications:

  • ACLS (American Heart Association)
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
• Licensure:

  • Colorado RN license or multi-state compact RN license required

Clinical Skills & Knowledge

• Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience required
• Knowledge of central lines required
• Preferred wound care experience

Job Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe care delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care

This position is suitable for experienced RNs with strong critical care skills, particularly in LTAC/Telemetry settings, who hold current ACLS and BLS certifications and have ventilator/trach experience.
