Position Overview

Required Experience & Certifications
- Specialty Experience: 5 years (highest stated requirement between 1 and 5 years)

Clinical Skills & Knowledge

Job Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe care delivery
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care
This position is suitable for experienced RNs with strong critical care skills, particularly in LTAC/Telemetry settings, who hold current ACLS and BLS certifications and have ventilator/trach experience.
