• Certifications:

  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – Required for pediatric roles except techs
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required for NICU and newborn nursery roles
• Tech Certification:

  • National certification required (ARRT for MRI Techs)
• State License: TN license or multistate license as applicable (pending licenses not accepted)
• Health Requirements:

  • Physical exam within 1 year of start, attesting ability to meet job demands
  • Fit test for 3M N-95 mask within 1 year (no exceptions)
  • Immunizations: Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (required for this facility), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing (annual updates required)
  • Negative 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start (no pending compliance accepted)
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• Photo for Badge: Recent (within 6 months), passport-style photo with strict guidelines (no hats, glasses, or piercings visible)
