Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology (Travel/Contract)
Location: Portland, Oregon

Job Details
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Experience Required: Not explicitly stated, but must be experienced in both Cath Lab & Angio with scrub experience

- Shift: 4x10 hour days, Monday to Friday

Licenses & Certifications Required
- BLS (AHA only; RQI and instructor cards acceptable)
- ACLS (AHA only; RQI and instructor cards acceptable)
- ARRT-R or RCIS certification
- Oregon State License (OBMI)
- Additional certifications may be required depending on unit (e.g., PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM) but not specified for this role
Requirements & Expectations
- No Return to Office (RTO) in first 2 weeks; max 7 days RTO allowed
- Floating is mandatory within the site and across the system; refusal to float will result in contract cancellation
- Completion of any assigned education within one week of assignment
- Must cancel shifts at least 1.5 hours before start in case of low census mandatory cancellation
- Scrub color: Any color except all black or camo print (OR/L&D/Cath Lab scrubs provided)
- Charting system: Epic
- Parking: Free in any unrestricted space, EV charging available
Background Checks & Compliance
- Criminal background check required (7-year search including SSN trace, nationwide sex offender, county, federal, FACIS L3, and international if applicable)
- Copy of diploma required for RRTs
- Primary source verification required for certifications and licenses
- Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
- Immunizations and titers required:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or signed declination)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella immunity or vaccination
- Hepatitis B immunity or vaccination series or signed declination
- Varicella immunity or vaccination
- Seasonal flu vaccine or signed declination (required annually)
- COVID vaccine documentation or declination
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
- Respirator medical clearance required annually unless no patient interaction
Additional Requirements
- 2 professional references (supervisory or above, within 3 years)
- Radiation badge (if applicable)
