Job Description

Provide professional nursing care including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients.
Deliver care consistent with professional nursing standards.
Provide leadership and supervision to CNA/SNA and other healthcare workers as assigned.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 1 year of Oncology experience (highest required specialty experience).

Certifications

BLS (AHA)
Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Infusion Certification (ONS/ONCC/Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification required)

Licenses

Active Illinois nursing license required.

Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
Submission must include:
- Resume
- Skills checklist (within 1 year)
- Two supervisory references
- Active certifications and licenses at time of submission
- COVID vaccination card/status (declinations will not be approved)

Contract Length

12 weeks (interpreted as weeks since 12 is between 4 and 40)
