- CHEMO (Chemotherapy) - as applicable
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - as applicable
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) - as applicable
- NIH Stroke Certification - as applicable
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) - as applicable
- State License Verification (Primary source online verification required)
- NURSYS Verification (for RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
Required Competencies
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (80% score or meet/exceed Angoff score)
- Color Blind Testing (online version acceptable)
- Competency Exam (minimum passing score 80% or higher if Angoff score is higher)
- Core Parts I, II, III (for subcontractors; annual completion required)

Required Immunizations & Health Documentation

- Measles (Rubeola) - Positive titer or 2 vaccines; boosters required if negative/equivocal
- Mumps - Positive titer or 2 vaccines; boosters required if negative/equivocal

- Hepatitis B - Positive titer, series, or declination accepted
- Varicella - Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or physician-documented history of chickenpox; boosters required if negative/equivocal

This position offers an opportunity for nurses with at least 1 year of orthopedic experience to work nights in a travel capacity with weekend and float responsibilities. Prior travel experience is not required.
