Travel RN Opportunity - Step Down Unit (Progressive Care)
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Employment Type: Travel
Unit Details
- Unit Type: High acuity step down / progressive care
- Number of Beds: 19
- Patient Ratio: 4:1
- Shift: Nights (7 PM to 7 AM), also mentions days and nights shifts available
- Equipment: Bedside monitors
- EMR System: EPIC
- On Call: None
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating Areas: Other telemetry units and medical units
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Alaska RN license at time of submission (permanent only, no temporary licenses accepted)
- Alaska RN fingerprints must be completed during onboarding
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in specialty (step down/telemetry)
- At least 1 year telemetry experience and 1 year step down experience required
- Personality Fit: Positive attitude with strong work ethic
