Description
Job Opportunity: RRT - Respiratory Therapy (Travel)
Location: Austin, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends
Call Requirements: None
Specialty
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Required Years of Experience: 1 year
Certifications & Licenses Required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) License/Certification
Unit Information
- Pediatric Respiratory Therapy Unit
- Typical Procedures: Nebulization, oxygen therapy, ventilator management
- Preferred Experience: ICU, NICU, and PICU experience considered a plus
- Patient Ratios and Staffing: Includes day and night shift staff such as RNs, CNAs, and sitters
- Dress Code: Olive green tops and black bottoms
