Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy

Location: Napa, California
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

Seeking skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join an interdisciplinary rehab team in a skilled nursing environment. The role focuses on helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
Document treatments and progress accurately and timely
Support residents in achieving maximum functional independence

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license required
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
