Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy
Location: Napa, California
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description
Seeking skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join an interdisciplinary rehab team in a skilled nursing environment. The role focuses on helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document treatments and progress accurately and timely
- Support residents in achieving maximum functional independence
Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license required
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
