Job Opportunity: Medical Technologist - Lab (Travel)

Location: Troy, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 15 weeks

Position Summary

Operate and maintain cameras that detect and map radioactive drugs in patients to create diagnostic images.
Position patients and select anatomic and technical factors accurately.
Order, prepare, administer, and dispose of radiopharmaceuticals following established protocols.
Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
Ensure prompt submission of high-quality images and documentation to PACS.

Shift: Days, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: As requested

Requirements

Years of Experience: Minimum 1+ year in specialty
Required Certifications: None specified
Flu Vaccination: Required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1 (exemptions must be client approved)
Dress Code: Black scrubs
