Job Opportunity: Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Giddings, Texas
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations.
Create communication treatment plans to help individuals both express themselves better and understand others.
Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as facility policies.
Provide appropriate care and services to residents in a long-term care setting.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP).
Valid Texas SLP license.

Additional Information

Facility is a medium-sized nursing center with short-term rehabilitation services.
No indication that prior travel experience is required.
