Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Clinic
Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- One Saturday per month at the hospital
- Work Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient needs (more pressing need for inpatient)
- EMR System: MedHost
- Scrub Color: Any
- On Call: No
- 48-hour Guarantee: No
- Block Scheduling: No
Requirements
- Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2+ years (inpatient & outpatient experience required)
- Licensure:
- Current New Mexico state licensure required
- Pending NM state licensure accepted if included with submission
- Certifications: BLS required
- Additional: Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers
