Job Description

Seeking a Radiologic Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the specialty.

Required Certifications and Credentials

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required for onboarding
• ARRT Certification – Required for onboarding
• Professional License Verification – Must be primary source verified within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
• N95 Fit Test – Must be completed within 365 days prior to start date and updated annually; no onsite fit testing available
• MMR Vaccination or Immunity Proof – Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test
• Influenza Vaccine – Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30); no exemptions allowed
• TB Test – Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON/T-spot blood test within 3 months of start date; updated if >6 month break
• Health Statement – Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date; updated if >6 month break
• Criminal Background Checks – Including Massachusetts CORI, SSN Trace, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks; must be current and cleared prior to start
• Resume – Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• References – Two recent references required, at least one supervisor or above in the skillset
• Skills Checklist – Required for submission
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form – Required for onboarding and assignment extensions
• Education Verification – Highest level of education must be verified
• Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation – Required if fit test is required for the skill

Preferred / Optional

• Hepatitis B Vaccination or Immunity Proof – Strongly preferred but optional
• Tdap Vaccine – Preferred but optional
• Positive PPD with Negative Chest X-Ray – Required if TB test is positive
• TB Symptom Survey – Required if positive PPD, updated annually

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, Day Shift

Additional Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• Must comply with all credentialing and health requirements prior to start date.
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for N95 fit testing or influenza vaccine.
