Job Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Telemetry

Location: Biddeford, Maine
Employment Type: Travel

Position Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)
Unit: Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MS4)
Number of Beds: 45
Patient Ratios:
- Days: 1 nurse to 4-5 patients
- Nights: 1 nurse to 5-6 patients
Shift: 36 hours per week guaranteed
Weekend Hours: 36 hours (every other weekend)
Call Requirements: 1 call shift in an 8-week block

Required Certifications & Education

BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Preferred
Telemetry certification - Required

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty (RN, Med Surg Telemetry)
Must have skills/experience in:
- Cardiac care
- Telemetry
- Acute inpatient care
- Medical-surgical nursing

Preferred Experience

Intermediate Care (IMC) experience preferred

Work Environment & Tools

EMR system: EPIC
Dress code: Scrubs of any color
Unacceptable attire: Hoodies, earbuds

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
