Job Opportunity: MICU RN Nights (Travel)

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Experience Requirements

  • Ascension Skills Checklist (clinical skills, updated annually)
  • Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen (within 30 days prior to start, updated annually)

Health & Immunization Requirements

  • MMR: Documented proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B: Vaccination series completion or signed declination
  • Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); declinations accepted with mask requirement
  • Positive PPD or IGRA with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA within required timeframes
  • Varicella: Proof of immunity or two doses of vaccine (no declinations accepted)
  • Tdap: Valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
  • Fit Test: Required annually, preferred prior to start (specific mask types required)
  • Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually

Professional Requirements

  • Resume/Profile submission
  • At least two professional references prior to first assignment
  • Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and others (within 30 days of assignment, updated annually)
  • Employment Verification for past 7 years (updated annually)
  • Education Verification relevant to clinical work (within 90 days of start)
  • Confirmation of Assignment documentation
  • Ascension Badge Photo (headshot with white or blue background, no filters)
  • Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation

Additional Notes

  • Nursys verification and disciplinary action disclosures required
