Description

Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel

Facility & Setting

Freestanding 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
Reason for opening: Replacement of permanent staff

Schedule

Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
If contract is renewed: 1 Saturday coverage per month, if able

Experience Requirements

Specialty: Occupational Therapy
Required years of experience: 2 years (acute rehab experience preferred, but strong applicants with 1 year considered)
Prior travel experience: Not specified (assumed not required)

EMR system: EPIC
Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
Parking: Employee parking lot at rear of building
