Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - MST (Float Pool)

Job Description

• Join the Float Pool team, floating between multiple campuses and units including MST units and ED Holds as needed.
• Schedule requires working every other weekend and every other holiday.
• Immediate requirement: Any RN who calls off a scheduled shift must make up the missed shift within the same week. Overtime is not permitted for make-up shifts; if not made up, the assignment end date will be extended accordingly.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent MST experience
• Licensure: Must have a New Jersey or Compact RN license at the time of application
• Certifications:

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NIH
• Vaccination: Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
• Uniform: Navy Blue scrub color
• EMR System: Cerner

Contract Length

• 8 weeks

Additional Information

• Background checks, drug screening, competency exams, and various mandatory trainings and verifications are required.
• Compliance with health and safety protocols including Hepatitis B, MMR, TB screening, and others is mandatory.
