Job Details
- Full-time, 36 hours per week (48 hours/week considered)
- Every Other Week (EOW) schedule
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- Preferred Certification: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- Preferred Experience: Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience
Experience Requirements

- 2 Step PPD or IGRA test (TB screening) with chest x-ray if positive (per state requirements)
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
- Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year)
- 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)

- Joint Commission CORE Exam within last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days
- System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days
- Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
Summary
