Weekends: Every Other
Number of Beds: 285
Number of Staff: 50
Staff per Shift: 6-10 (Day and Night)
Patient Ratios: Varies
Equipment Used: Draeger ventilators, V60, EV300, V30, Maxtech HHFNC
EMR System: Meditech

Required Qualifications

Missouri Respiratory Therapist (RT) License/Certification
BLS Certification
ACLS, NRP, PALS Certifications required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

Preferred Qualifications

ACCS Certification (preferred but not required)

Typical Procedures

Aerosol treatments
ABG’s (Arterial Blood Gases)
CPAP, BiPAP
Ventilator management
Oxygen therapy
Oximetry studies
