• Provide care to patients across the lifespan in the Emergency Room (ER) setting.

Experience Requirements

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam: Physician statement within 2 months of start.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray: QGold or T-Spot within 90 days of start or 2 PPDs as specified.
• Immunizations:

  • TDAP vaccine within 10 years of start.
  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required.
  • Hepatitis B: Positive antibody titer or completed vaccine series required; declinations not accepted.
  • Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required.
• Flu Vaccination: Required for all RNs; declination only accepted with facility-specific form and masking policy adherence.
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Fully vaccinated or must sign declination and complete facility-specific form.
