Job Opportunity: RN - Rehab (Travel)

Location: Rochester, New Hampshire
Unit: Inpatient Rehab
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 19
Staffing Ratio: Approximately 6:1 (patient to staff) depending on census
Typical Staff on Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 sitters
Patient Ratios: 6:1
Equipment Used: Mechanical lift, Sara steady, Baxter pumps, Kangaroo pumps
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Required Skills & Experience

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) in Rehab
Years of Experience Required: 2 years in specialty (Rehab/Med Surg)
Required Certifications: BLS
Licenses: Registered Nurse License
Required Skills:
- Rehab / Med Surg experience
- IV experience
Preferred Skills:
- Wound care
- Stroke care
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) care

Work Environment & Expectations

Floating Areas: CCU, Med Surg, ER
Dress Code: Plain color scrubs
Schedule: Every other weekend required
