Description
Job Opportunity: RN - Rehab (Travel)
Location: Rochester, New Hampshire
Unit: Inpatient Rehab
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 19
- Staffing Ratio: Approximately 6:1 (patient to staff) depending on census
- Typical Staff on Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 sitters
- Patient Ratios: 6:1
- Equipment Used: Mechanical lift, Sara steady, Baxter pumps, Kangaroo pumps
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
Required Skills & Experience
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Med Surg experience
- BLS certification
Work Environment & Expectations
- Floating Areas: CCU, Med Surg, ER
- Dress Code: Plain color scrubs
- Schedule: Every other weekend required
- Personality Fit: Flexible, kind, thorough
