Location: Vero Beach, Florida

Job Description
This position is to replace a current staff member who will not be resigning.
Required Experience
- Specialty: Surgical Services

- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, updated annually.
- Immunizations or titers required for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
- Seasonal Flu Vaccination required during flu season (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
- COVID-19 vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption required.
Documentation & Onboarding
- Proof of I9 or attestation.
- Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried during hours of service.
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation.
- Completion of facility-specific online training modules prior to start (must be done on a computer using Google Chrome).
- Signed acknowledgment of HIPAA and safety manuals.
- Employment application and professional references (2 professional references required within 2 years for travel positions).

- Facility issues radiation badges if applicable.
- Orientation includes competency exams and medication/pharmacology testing as applicable.
