Job Opportunity: Cath Lab RN (Registered Nurse - Cath Lab)

Location: Bartlesville, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Description

• Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with healthcare team members.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
• Follow Standard Precautions and use personal protective equipment as required.

Required Experience

• Specialty: RN Cath Lab

Required Credentials & Certifications

  • Ascension Skills Checklist (clinical skills, updated annually).
• Health & Immunizations:

  • Influenza Vaccine or mask requirement during flu season.
  • MMR (2 vaccines or positive titer; no declinations accepted).
  • Varicella (2 vaccines or immunity proof; no declinations accepted).
  • Tdap (valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted).
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination.
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA (TB testing) with annual updates.
  • Fit Test for respiratory protection (preferred prior to start).
  • Health Statement or physical exam prior to assignment and updated annually.
  • 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start and annually thereafter.
• Other Requirements:

  • Signed Assignment Agreement.
  • Completion of onboarding education attestations and modules.
  • Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry.
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check.
  • Employment and Education Verification.
  • Professional references (at least two).
  • Badge photo (forward-facing headshot with white or blue background).

Additional Notes

• Flu season mask requirement applies October 1 through March 31.
• Some onboarding forms and attestations are completed onsite.
• All exams and certifications must be current and meet minimum passing scores.
• Background checks and verifications must be updated annually or if there is a break in service longer than 90 days.
