- Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Respirator clearance (RespSafety) required for travel candidates, annually updated
- Fit mask testing required for travel candidates, annually updated (not required for sterile processing techs)

- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam as applicable

- Color Blind Testing if required by unit
- Skills checklist updated annually for applicable units
