Description
Job Opportunity: PT Inpatient Rehab (Therapy/Rehabilitation)
Location: Odessa, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM
Weekend Scheduling: None
Start Date: June 28th
Requirements
- Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy)
- Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Current PT license to practice in Texas
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
- Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations
- Basic computer and word processing skills
Compliance & Documentation
- Proof of I9 or Attestation
- Government issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
- Proof of E-Verify or Attestation
- Background checks including 7-year criminal check, SS Trace, Counties, Nationwide, Sex Offender, Facis level 3
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated for contract renewals
- Various certifications as required (PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc. as applicable)
- State License primary source verification
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exams as applicable
- Facility-specific documents and orientation acknowledgements must be completed prior to start
- Health documents including:
- Initial physical exam and annual updates
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year (or chest x-ray if past positive)
- Immunizations or titers for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
- 9-panel drug screen within last 12 months
- Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
- Completed employment application/resume
- Skills checklist updated annually

- Facility-specific orientation and compliance documents must be reviewed and completed before starting
