Job Opportunity: RN PCU (Progressive Care Unit) - Travel Position

Required Specialty and Experience

Health and Immunization Requirements

• MMR - Documented proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer; no declinations accepted
• Hepatitis B - Vaccination series completion or signed declination
• Influenza Vaccine - Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); declinations accepted with mask requirement
• Varicella - Proof of immunity or two doses of vaccine; no declinations accepted
• Tdap - Valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted
• TB Screening - Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within a year, and annual TB questionnaire
• Fit Test - Required annually; preferred prior to start
• Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen - Completed within 30 days prior to start and updated annually

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Ascension Color Vision Test - Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
• Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation - Completion of pre-hire education modules
• Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding - Onsite completion required
• Ascension Nova StatStrip - Pre-hire modules for non-allied positions
• Health Statement - Statement of good health or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
• Driver's License/State ID - Must be current and valid; address requirements apply
• Ascension Skills Checklist - Clinical skills checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually
• Ascension Profile - Resume or professional profile submission required
• Professional References - At least two professional references required prior to first assignment
• Background Checks - Criminal background check, EPLS, and employment verification required and updated as specified
• Ascension Employment Verification - Third-party employment verification for past seven years
• Ascension Confirmation of Assignment - Documentation of assignment dates required
• Ascension Badge Photo - Forward-facing headshot with white or blue background, no alterations
