Job Opportunity: RN PCU (Progressive Care Unit) - Travel Position
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Facility Type: Level 1 Trauma Center (St. Francis campus)

Required Specialty and Experience
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) in Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Health and Immunization Requirements

- Hepatitis B - Vaccination series completion or signed declination
- Influenza Vaccine - Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); declinations accepted with mask requirement
- Varicella - Proof of immunity or two doses of vaccine; no declinations accepted
- Tdap - Valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted
- TB Screening - Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within a year, and annual TB questionnaire
- Fit Test - Required annually; preferred prior to start
- Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen - Completed within 30 days prior to start and updated annually
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Ascension Color Vision Test - Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
- Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation - Completion of pre-hire education modules
- Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding - Onsite completion required
- Ascension Nova StatStrip - Pre-hire modules for non-allied positions
- Health Statement - Statement of good health or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
- Driver's License/State ID - Must be current and valid; address requirements apply
- Ascension Skills Checklist - Clinical skills checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually
- Ascension Profile - Resume or professional profile submission required
- Professional References - At least two professional references required prior to first assignment
- Background Checks - Criminal background check, EPLS, and employment verification required and updated as specified
- Ascension Employment Verification - Third-party employment verification for past seven years
- Ascension Confirmation of Assignment - Documentation of assignment dates required
