Job Opportunity: Mammography Technologist (Travel/Contract)
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Job Summary
Seeking a Mammography Technologist to assist with patient volumes primarily at a Breast Center, with occasional support at a satellite location. The role involves screening and diagnostic mammography; no biopsy procedures required.
Work Schedule
- First shift position with rotating hours:
- 08:00-16:30
- 08:30-17:00
- 09:30-18:00
- Holiday weeks: 4 days of 10-hour shifts
- Occasional Saturdays required
- Mobile work hours variable between 06:30-19:00
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform mammography procedures including:
- Screening mammography
- Diagnostic mammography
- Digital mammography
- 3-D mammography
- Work setting primarily outpatient
- Patient ratio approximately 10-15 patients
Required Certifications and Licenses
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- ARRT Advanced Certification
- Ohio Department of Health license (required)
- Digital Hologic (Tomo) knowledge preferred

- Physical exam within 1 year of start confirming good health and free of contagious disease
- Immunizations and health documents required:
- Tdap vaccine (adult dose after age 11/12)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year
- TB questionnaire
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccines or positive titers
- Hepatitis B titer or vaccine series (declination acceptable)
- Varicella vaccines or positive titer (medical exemption possible)
- Seasonal flu vaccine or declination during flu season (10/1 - 3/31)
- COVID vaccination not required but strongly recommended
Additional Requirements
- 2 professional references required (at least 1 from a manager or formal leadership)
- Employment application and skills checklist required
- Unit-specific competency exams may be required
