Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Clinic

Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- One Saturday per month at the hospital
Work Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient needs (inpatient is the more pressing need)
On Call: No
Block Scheduling: Not available
Scrub Color: Any
EMR System: MedHost

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of physical therapy experience
Specialty Experience: Both inpatient and outpatient experience required
Licensure:
- Current New Mexico state licensure required
- Pending NM state licensure accepted if included with submission
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required
Additional: Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers
