Pros
Cassie Jo is an absolute ROCKSTAR. She is on top of everything, insanely quick to respond, always ready to remedy any confusion or errors, such an incredible nurse advocate—will go to bat for you in the blink of an eye—as organized as anything I’ve ever seen, and just genuinely kind, caring, and compassionate. I seriously cannot say enough incredible things about her. She is the best and I am so thankful for all of her help, guidance, knowledge, organization, reassurance, skill, and friendliness.
Cons
absolutely NOTHING.
