Job Opportunity: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: El Paso, Texas
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Backfill position in the Cardiac Cath Lab
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- On-call required (rotating schedule, including weekends)
- Unit includes 3 Cardiac Cath Labs, 1 EP Lab, and 1 Hybrid Lab
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- EMR system: Meditech
- Typical procedures: Cardiac diagnostic, PCI, Impella, Peripheral vascular angiogram/angioplasty, Electrophysiology studies, IABP, Thrombectomy, Implants
- Dress code: Royal blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for Texas
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or related specialty
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
Additional Information
- Unit staffed with 1 Charge RN, 3 Clinical RNs, and 3 CVTs
- Permanent positions available on the unit
- Candidates must have Cath Lab experience; those with additional skills in listed procedures will be prioritized
